All of our hydraulic hose crimpers are fully adjustable, so you can assemble hose and fittings from any manufacturer, including Weatherhead, Parker, Gates and more. D100 Series Adjustable Dies sold separately.
- Crimps 2-wire hydraulic hose up to 1" ID (1-1/4" with DA tooling)
- Crimps 4-wire hydraulic hose up to 3/4" ID (1" with DA tooling)
- Direct-reading metric micrometer allows precise setting of crimp diameters (+/- 0.05 mm) without shims or spacers.
- Open design accommodates a wide range of hose and fitting types.
- Removable pusher and spring-loaded die sets allow easy loading, even with bent tube and special fittings.
